Lungarno Chats - Cecilia del Re

A New Urban Plan and Florence's Future - a conversation with Assessore Cecilia Del Re

Born and raised in the Oltrarno, Cecilia del Re has been a key member of the governing team at the Comune di Firenze since 2017.  As an Assessore, she leads the portfolio for Urban Planning, Innovation and Environment.  She made a significant contribution to our Future of Florence discussion series 18 months ago, so we are most pleased to welcome her back to the Library for a Lungarno Chats session with Morgan Fiumi.

Starting with her recently published Plan for the management of the Centro Storico UNESCO World Heritage Site, Cecilia del Re will talk about what is currently going on and the action that is being planned to make Florence a better, more sustainable and successful city for us all.

Come prepared to join in the conversation!

Following our conversation we will have a Startup Spotlight, Binoocle.com, and an Art Spotlight on a Maurizio Cattelan work about to arrive in the city.
