Piano Recital by Minkyu Kim

We are delighted to present the latest in the brilliant young pianists from our partners the Keyboard Trust. Minkyu Kim was born in South Korea in 1995.  In 2017, he began his studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where  he is currently studying for a Doctor of Performance. Minkyu has performed piano concertos with the Scottish Ensemble and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, and has had several chamber music concerts with Seoul National University Philharmonic Orchestra.  He is a specialist in the sublime music of Franz Liszt Repertoire Beethoven: Piano Sonata No. 7 in D major, Op. 10 No. 3   I.
