This season’s Wine Partner is Castiglion del Bosco, a fine winery in the heart of the Brunello di Montalcino district.  They also run the beautiful Tenuta Prima Pietra, high up in the Maremma with a view of the sea.  These two locations have an interesting history and produce gorgeous wines, including a major Brunello, which we will taste tonight.
