After graduating from the Giacomo Puccini Conservatoire in La Spezia, Liguria (Italy) when he was 18, Simone Tavoni moved to Florence to study at the Luigi Cherubini Conservatoire.  In 2014, he moved to London to study on the Master of Performance programme at the Royal College of Music, and London remains his base.  There he has performed at prestigious venues including the Royal Festival Hall, Wigmore Hall and St Martin in the Fields.  He has also performed as an orchestral pianist with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, with some performances broadcast on BBC Radio 3.
