The British Institute of Florence, represented by the Director, located at Lungarno Guicciardini 9, 50125 Florence, certified email, as data controller, will hold your data, primarily electronically, for the purpose of sending you our monthly newsletter, other information and marketing communications.

The data, which will not be disseminated in any form, will be processed only by authorised staff and contracted consultants of the Institute and may be communicated to those handling our IT services who have been nominated as responsible for data processing.
