Antonio Cocchi (1695-1758) and Michelangelo Giannetti (1743-1796), physicians and anatomists at the Santa Maria Novella hospital in Florence, both bear witness to the strong links between Florence, British culture and the Anglo-Florentine community. Dr Bellonzi is in charge of International Relations at Azienda USL, Toscana Centro.
