Olive Oil Tasting: a Masterclass

Olive oil is integral to Italy's cultural heritage and culinary excellence. Connect to the land and the olive groves around us:  learn, taste and discuss to elevate your understanding of olive oil through a guided tasting workshop and recognise what makes good olive oil truly exceptional.

Certified Olive Oil Sommeliers, Lizzie Ward-Booth (based in Tuscany) and Andrew Waters (Puglia), will share insights about the culture of olive oil, its production, the certification of “extra virgin”, how to choose & store olive oil and above all its extraordinary health benefits.

Enjoy a guided tasting of high-quality olive oils, exploring diverse flavour profiles from different Italian regions,  as well as learning how to detect common defects.

This tasting experience will change how you view and use olive oil forever!

This is an in person-only event.
