Read Susan Horner's Florentine Diary for May and June 1862

Susan Horner, who would later publish Walks in Florence with her sister Joanna, first visited Florence in 1848, and returned with her parents and Joanna for a longer visit in 1861-1862. From October 2011 to June 2012 extracts from her unpublished diary can be read, month by month, on these pages:
